Definition: is science or knowledge put into practical use to solve problems or invent useful tools.

Laptop:

As mechanical engineering student, I have to use laptop most of the times, because, I have many applications that usually important to use for finishing my duties on it. one example about my applications is Solid Work. This software helps me to create any material I need for any machine.

Reflection: the aim of having laptop is the connection between it and technology, in which without having laptop, I won’t able to have any application for mechanical engineering.

Excel office:

Sometimes, doctors in mechanical engineering department asked us to have a real data about some experiments, then draw these data exactly to find the exact relationship, which happened in Heat-transfer course. I always use Excel for formulating the missing formula, then apply the graph method to find the relationship.

Reflection: the aim of using Excel is to having a good idea about how to formulate any numbers by your way and find the relationship between those number quickly.

Part ll

What is Technology:

Technology is everywhere and entered in every single thing in our lives. No one can stop the increasing of technology all over the world, but everyone has the rights to share his ideas to develop the technology until it reaches all our needs.

Reflection: My strength here is not only for me but most people live all over the world have the same ability of me which is how to use technology. My weakness here is, I can’t deal with all technology as I am limited in some features of technology.

WordPress:

Introduction: in Assessment I course, I have to deal with WordPress in Lab time, which was a new thing for me to deal with a website that may contain all my assignment since I joined PMU. In Lab section, I was learning how to open my webpage through PMU website, then editing my webpage to be suitable for me. The hardest moment I faced was when I asked to upload all my assignments which was a new thing to have my own page that contains my information to be my first view.

reflection: the aim of learning this idea is to help me for dealing with internet complex things, as when I have a webpage, I will be a professional student that has a website by my ID, and this website contains all my assignments during the time I spent in Core department.
